Peruvian Style Chicken Breast - firstchop

Peruvian Style Chicken Breast

  • Peruvian can bring to mind something very spicy—that’s not the case here. The marinade isn’t spicy at all, just packs some warm flavors to highlight the tender, juicy chicken breast. Complete this meal with roasted potatoes—or any kind of potato, really—and either a salad or some steamed greens.

A Sauvignon Blanc is the natural wine to serve with this dish, but if you love red wine, choose one that won’t overwhelm the chicken—look for a Pinot Noir or a Merlot.

  • Item consists of two individually packaged chicken breasts of approx. 6 oz each.
