Slow cooked beef tri-tip in a savory, mildly sweet & spicy Gochujang and sesame sauce

Korean barbecue is known the world over for it delicate, savory and tender meats. Our recipe leans on Gochujang for a sophisticated mix of heat, sweetness and spice, with sesame sprinkled in for a nutty balance. It’s deeply satisfying, aromatic and packed with umami.
Remove and discard protective outer film
Tear Rice Pouch open 1 inch at notch to vent. Microwave high for 1 minute. Set aside. (CAUTION: HOT!)
Place main pouch in tray, flat side up. Peel back plastic 1 inch too vent. Microwave high for 1.5 to 2.5 minutes.
Empty rice pouch into tray and fluff with a fork. Pour main pouch over rice. Enjoy!
